Before You Start

  • Pick a flat, sealed surface (fibreglass, alloy, PVC, etc.).
  • This is a permanent setup - so choose your spot wisely.
  • Got multiple rigs? Grab another Dnoodle so you can stick one on everything.

Step By Step:
How To Install Your Dnoodle®

Clean the installation surface using the supplied alcohol wipe.
  • Position the Dock
  • Peel off the adhesive backing. Align the Dock so the Dnoodle logo is upright and readable from your normal viewing position.
  • Press down firmly for 30 seconds to activate adhesive.
  • Attach the Key Plate (Blue) to the Dock Plate (Red).
  • The two parts engage strongly by design.
  • If you need to separate the parts... Twist to release.
    Do not attempt to pry them apart.
  • Select your device: phone, drinkware, GPS, action camera or tablet
  • Clean the mounting surface using the supplied alcohol wipe.
  • Peel the backing from the blue Key and position your item carefully. Set the orientation you want when mounted — it will lock in that way every time.
  • Press your gear down firmly for 30 seconds. Take care with devices — apply pressure to the back or sides, not directly on screens.
  • Give it a 90° twist in either direction to release.
  • Slide it back on and feel it engage — solid and deliberate.
  • That’s Dnoodle® doing exactly what it’s designed to do.
    For best performance, allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours before heavy use.

Need To Remove It?

We don’t recommend uninstalling unless you’re switching gear or changing rigs. But if you must:

Grab fishing line or dental floss.
Slide it under the plate while gently prying upward.
Go slow - it’s tough by design.
Roll off residue by hand or use adhesive remover (test first).
Never use sharp tools - unless you like gouges.
