The Dnoodle® Origin Story

It all started with a stand-up paddle board and a floating stubby.

Kristy, our founder, was out on the water, sun blazing, toes in the drink, when her beer decided to bail off the board for the third time. Half laughing, half swearing, she muttered the words that kicked off 70+ prototypes:

“There’s got to be a better bloody way to hold this thing.”

And just like that, Dnoodle® was born, the lock-in system built tough enough to handle salt, sun, and a bit of stupidity.

Stick a Dock on your board, twist in a Key, and boom, everything stays put. Cups, phones, action Cameras, snacks… even that sneaky beer that keeps trying to escape.

Designed and tested right here in Australia, with heat, waves, and the occasional wipeout , Dnoodle’s name nods to what started it all: the humble pool noodle. (Yep, we’re working on that version too-the ultimate “float your drink while you float” setup.)

So go on, lock it, rock it, and let the good times float.
